Induction

From August 2020 we moved to an induction programme that was a blend of limited face to face sessions and a series of webcasts that can be viewed in the first 2 weeks of commencement. Due to the continued pandemic and challenges of social distancing in education venues we have continued with this approach.

An induction checklist/ declaration will need to be completed by the new starter and submitted to Medical education once all sections have been completed. HEE Trainees also need to ensure compliance with STEP mandatory training modules. More info here
