The Medical Education team has a long record of supporting doctors and students requiring professional support. The support extends to the supervisors in undertaking the immediate clinical and educational supervision.

A Professional Support Group (PSG) has oversight of all doctors requiring support and are an excellent resource in providing guidance and intervention.

Where educational concerns are discussed or learning objectives set outside of the usual Appraisal meetings this form can be used.
